Susan’s Official Bio

Susan Loumagne is a Pennsylvania native with a business and systems management background. A graduate of Rosemont College, she is a former Fortune 500 executive coach and management consultant for an international consulting firm. Throughout her career, Susan has created systems, processes, and procedures to manage quality and ensure efficiency, employee productivity, and customer satisfaction. So it was a natural instinct to create The Personal Affairs Portfolio when she learned through personal experience that being well prepared is the best strategy for managing life's unplanned events.

In 2009, Susan launched 55+ Essential Services. The company foundation is a motto that Susan grew up with, the familiar scout motto "Be Prepared."

She created The Personal Affairs Portfolio to give people an easy-to-use system to compile information together before it's needed. A proactive approach rather than reactive.

Married with two grown children, and grandchildren, Susan and her husband, Patrick, enjoy entertaining, gardening, and traveling.
